Cocoon Lodges
Our decorator Marie-Christine Mecoen does her utmost to sublimate each space in the Millésime Collection, transforming them into real cocoons for your comfort. For our lodges, she was directly inspired by Basque culture and the legend that nurtures the place. Linen, candles and light wood furniture make up our lodges, turning them into cocoons of softness for your unusual night in the Basque country.

The world of this place is built above all by its legends. It is said that one full moon, under the guidance of a mysterious old woman sitting by the lake, women as beautiful as fairies, cloaked in white veils, appeared from every water lily, until they populated the entire lake. A marvellous ballet began. We’ve drawn inspiration from this legend to create a fairytale world on the estate. Each lodge is named after a fairy from this sweet legend.

Our self-contained lodges are located in an idyllic setting steeped in legend. Placed on the lake so that all guests have access to the sunset, they blend in perfectly with the scenery and end up belonging to the lake itself. To get to these floating dwellings, you’ll set sail in charming little wooden electric boats, towards a fairytale world. Once in your lodge, you’ll be completely immersed in the elements of nature, and can enjoy total privacy to the sound of the lake lapping.
