Our bars open their doors to you in Anglet, just a stone’s throw from Biarritz and the ocean!
Situated in the heart of greenery, next to one of the largest private lakes in France, our bars offer two different atmospheres to suit your tastes…
Surrounded by the songs of the surrounding birds, the lapping of the water of the lake with its many legends, the sound of the wind against the foliage of the trees, you’ll feel as if you’re in a fairytale bubble where the outside world no longer exists…

Signature cocktails
This Scottish-style bar offers an authentic and warm atmosphere. An original charm revisited with a few modern touches. You’ll be able to enjoy your cocktail on a variety of sofas and in charming squared-off trunks.
For our Signature cocktails, we’ve put the emphasis on originality and discovery. Whether fruity and bitter, herbaceous and tangy, sweet or savoury, these are above all notes that shake up your senses for an explosion of flavours on your palate. Gin brama with Espelette chilli, patxaran Egiazki, green Izarra, we’ve paid homage to Basque tradition in each of our Signature cocktails. All you have to do is make yourself comfortable and choose the note that inspires you.
Our Château bar in Anglet is open every day from 6pm to 1am.

Enjoy the outdoors at the Bar du Ponton, where you can admire the luminous setting and listen to the lapping of the lake. This bar is the new party spot in Biarritz, where the atmosphere is festive with lounge music.
Our Signature Cocktails offer intense freshness with ingredients such as cucumber, watermelon juice, lime and rosé, as well as sweeter accents such as pineapple juice, vanilla absolute and orgeat syrup. Choose the Signature cocktail that suits you and enjoy the view from our pontoon. A moment of sharing and conviviality in the midst of nature!

The lounge also offers a tapas bar, with creative, fun, exotic cuisine inspired by revisited regional classics: assortment of spreads to share with fougasse / corn bread / pita bread, corn hummus with yellow curry, various Iberian / Basque / cheese boards, chipirons or vegetables in tempura, Galician-style octopus, mini croques and mini burgers, patatas bravas…
We also offer desserts in our Scottish bar to end your journey of flavours on a sweet, gourmet note.
And, always in the spirit of honouring Basque culture, you’ll find the classic Iberian ham croquettes, patatas bravas, a pan of chipirons, octopus and other tasty appetisers to delight your taste buds! You can round off your meal with a sweet treat such as sorbet, fruit salad, chocolate profiteroles or Espelette chilli churros!
